Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


If you are located in the European Union, this right is granted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and does not require any justification.


To be eligible for a return, you may handle and inspect your item as you would in a physical store. However, your item must be returned in its original condition, and you are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is received, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


We do not accept returns for gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return process is completed, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and inspected it. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided proof that it has been shipped back.


Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
